Access
The ground floor retail space is fully accessible with a wide doorway.
The roof terrace is only accessible by stairs which has handrails on both sides.
There are no toilet facilities on site- the nearest public conveniences are less than a minute away in the Aquarium Top Subway.

We are just beneath Spa Bridge on South Bay, Scarborough
By foot-
(From The Rotunda Museum)
Follow the path towards the sea that runs beneath Spa Bridge.
(From South Bay Beach)
Use the crossing in front of the Grand Hotel and walk up the gentle slope towards Spa Bridge.
By bus-
Park & Ride, local buses and coaches use the bus stops at Aquarium Top (outside The Rotunda Museum).
Get off here and walk along the path towards the sea & beneath Spa Bridge, avoiding the underpass steps.
By car-
There is ample parking on South Bay with underground facilities beneath Spa Bridge.
Facing the sea, the left hand exit will bring you direct to our door.
